Every coach is kind, welcoming and supportive. The workouts are challenging but can support lots of levels of ability. They also offer the ability to attend classes virtually which for a busy working mom, having that option is great. It’s a great feeling to have found a gym that makes working out something to look forward to and something that is attainable at the gym or from home !“

While the surgery was completely successful, my left league had atrophied to the point I could not walk without a cane.I was fortunate enough to get Michelle as my trainer. We worked together approximately 4 months. The results were outstanding. I'm back on the golf course, walking normally and pain free.Michelle knows her stuff, has a great personality and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Michelle“

Although I’ve trained with a few different people, I cannot say enough good things about Olivia. VERY knowledgeable, patient, understanding and well-trainer herself.“

I went in because of pain in my lower back and was very nervous about having someone stretch me for an hour. Marty was very gentle and was good with feedback if I needed more or less pressure. Very professional and looking to help. It’s day one but I don’t feel any crazy soreness or pain but definitely less pressure in my back. This for pain management over time is worthwhile. Would love to go back regularly but I live hours away but I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area again.“

I wish this PF was my home gym to be honest. I have a black card because it's convenient. As a frequent traveler, it's hard to say where I will be from day to day. I didn't have to wait to get weights or a bench for db presses here. Everyone I met, including staff and customers, was professional and polite. The gym and locker room are clean. The equipment all works. I like the set up - some of the smaller rooms (stretching/abs, 360) were tucked away. It felt nice. Welcoming and friendly counter staff. Thank you!!“

The gym is fairly clean, and the staff and members are always friendly, which makes for a great workout environment. They have a wide variety of cardio machines and workout equipment, so it's easy to get a full-body workout. Most of the times I go, it's never too crowded, which is a huge plus. I also tried one of the classes, and it was a great experience!“
