Medford Core rocks! James is great about tailoring your trainings. He takes time to get to know you and your workout and nutrition goals and comes up with a plan to get you there. I have been going there for two years now, and have seen great progress!

Several months ago I took the leap and met with James to discuss getting back in shape. I was totally sedentary with the exception of occasional bike rides and kayak outings, so to say the idea of working out with a personal trainer was intimidating at my fitness level would be a major understatement. But James made it possible. He started me off light and we slowly but continuously increased weight, reps and difficulty with each session. I whole heartedly recommend James and Medford Core Personal Training! I’m a 64 year old male, I’ve worked out in gyms for many years and ride my Peloton. When Covid came upon us most everything stopped. After 20 months of being indoors with my Peloton it was time to get back to working out, but I wanted more than just a gym. I was looking for a good jumpstart to get back into the shape I was in prior to Covid, and to take my workouts and overall fitness to the next level.
