We recently had the pleasure of working with Lasher Construction on a significant project at our vacation house. The entire condo building was experiencing foundation issues, and the condo board selected Lasher Construction to address the sinking foundation, and I’m so glad they did.

Lasher Construction tackled the foundation in phases, working through each unit systematically. I am from the South and in a nut shell, Lasher is big city smarts with small town etiquetteOur building got a big fat "unsafe" stamp from a structural engineer, and man, it had problems left and right. The roof, the bricks, the steel inside the walls, you name it. So we started talkin' to contractors for all the different work, especially the roof. But lemme tell ya, it turned into a real mess. Every contractor we interviewed was like, "This has to be done before we can do our part," and it was a real headache. Honestly, none of them seemed to grasp the ins and outs of this kinda job.
