Have had the pleasure of meeting Gary several times.
Even w the Holidays last yr he was accessible, arrived in a timely manner, explained my plumbing options&was very reasonable w regard to what he charged me.
Recently my toilet stopped working completely~
He called me personally first thing the next day :)
Needless to say I was grateful!
I would (and have) recommended him to family&friends w any of their collective plumbing needs.

I had the ultimate pleasure of meeting Gary Lawrence this past w/e.
He was patient, professional&talked kindly(called him silly) to my pup Pludo 🐶.
He responded early the day of the Super Bowl to fix my hot water heater as I woke to only cold water-
He responded even in the freezing rain :):)
Will recommend Gary going forward as my MVP, well Jalen did show up!

My husband found Gary while doing a google search and after he read the reviews we decided to call. We were shocked to have someone pick up the phone as we’ve tried reaching out for a few other local plumbers. I explained the situation with Gary and he stated that our issue was actually quite common. He was able to come by next day and was actually early! He was lucky to have the part needing replacement and was able to fix the issue really quick! He explained what he did and educating me on how to tell if that part was no longer good.
