We came out to install your new floor upon rip up your whole floor was rotted and moldy, you got a contractor to fix your improperly built porch,and where the concrete meets the wood floor is moving your vinyl up and down causing the vinyl to bubble. We ramped the concrete with flooring leveler before your wood floor was 3/8 higher than your slab. I did not build your room and I can't help that your floor is moving up and down. I recommended you put a transition strip there and you came into the store and picked the transition color you wanted then you said you didn't want it. Bashing a family business that has done nothing but try to help you is not the answer.“
