I had an outstanding experience with Scott and his team member From the moment I scheduled the inspection to receiving the comprehensive report, their professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional.
I called Encompass for a last minute inspection as we had to move quick to meet our deadlines. Scott was very responsive and was able to help us get it done. He does thorough work and does a great job explaining the issues that he finds so the average person can understand. The system he uses is convenient and the report is accessible from phone / computer. We received our results within 24 hours after the inspection. I would recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.
If you want a thorough home inspection Encompass is it. We have used Scott for 2 different homes and he is efficient and on time. We received a detailed report each time and in the future we would use him again.
