My husband has been using this office for the last 2 years. The fact that this place still has any patients is a miracle. The office staff is such a joke, we have never had such consistently poor communication. The amount of phone calls and follow ups that we had to make to ensure that the front desk was ordering the correct trial contacts for us was bad, but when they started to argue when we explained that they had ordered us the wrong ones is beyond belief. The time and effort it took, plus the cost is ridiculous. We would actively recommend that no one go here because of the frustrating interactions you will have with the office staff. Run away!

Dangerous place! No forethought, planning, logic, or empathy! I made an appointment bc I was seeing floaters. They had me come in at 5pm, took their sweet time getting to me, did a vision test first, then dilated my eyes, said I had to wait for it to kick in, oh and by the way you CAN'T DRIVE IN THE DARK. it's now 5:30 in FEBRUARY. I did not not even schedule a vision exam, all I wanted was to make sure the floaters weren't dangerous, yet that's the last thing they do. While I'm waiting for the drops to kick in they took 3 more patients. I told them I was dilated and they made me sit there for another 30 minutes. I told them multiple times I needed to see the doctor and that I didn't have anyone who could pick me up. I'm watching the sun set freaking out while they simply do not care. After he finally checks me he says "you shouldn't drive in the dark dilated, but plenty of people go against our advice and they're fine. You'll probably be ok". Really? Do not go here!
