Rob was the best! Very knowledgeable, thorough and offered clear explanations to the buyer. He took his time, he was not bothered when questions were asked and made sure that we were satisfied with the entire inspection. I would highly recommend him, especially as a first time home buyer. It made me feel secure and comfortable that he was working on our behalf.
