I brought in a brand new (with tags) white silk tuxedo dress for a cleaning and iron. When I went to pick up, there were little snags all over the dress. I realized in the light written I got to my car. I went back in and spoke with the wife. She stated maybe my cat did it! I was in shock to say the least. I couldn't do anything but laugh since I'm a dog person with a chihuahua and Cane Corso. This place is a joke. No one ever called me back as she stated they would regarding my complaint. No accountability. Your loss of you bring your items here. DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU.

If I was able to put zero stars, I would.Very rude. As soon as I walked in I said good morning twice the lady at the counter looked at me up and down. I asked her if she could clean my coats and she said no she didn’t look at the coat or touch the coat. She didn’t ask me what was wrong with the coat, I wouldn’t recommend EVER.

Not sure why, but lady refused to take in my white dress shirt because there’s a slight stain on it. Thought the whole purpose of going to a cleaner is because you want to get it cleaned. Went to another laundry cleaner, and had no problem. Cannot understand if it’s really because of stain? Or because I only brought 1 clothing. When I brought the same exact shirt along with 7-8 dress shirts before, they had no issue. Seems like a business scam and really unpleased with their work ethic. Will not be coming back here again.
