I've been consistently going to Jenny for a year and she is so sweet and always delivers. Other places have rotating lash technicians who get your set done quickly within an hour, but Jenny always takes time to apply the full set and that makes me feel like she really cares about giving you the best lashes. I highly value places and people who make you feel like an individual client rather than just another customer, especially since those experiences aren't easy to come by in NYC. The space is always quiet, relaxing, and comfortable, the lashes always look gorgeous and natural, and scheduling is always accommodating. I will have to look for another lash place after moving but I doubt I'll be able to find anyone as good as Jenny :( If you are considering Winkiss I definitely highly recommend it!“

I have been to at least 10 places before hers and nobody could replicate the lash lift I used to get done in my home country (nothing crazy just more curled than lifted).Chelsea was ok to let me decide what size I wanted for my curl and explain me all the different sizes/effects you could get done. She is super understanding and she does not get offended if you tell her that you want the lash lift done differently. Highly recommend her for lash lift!“

“I’m always iffy about trying a new eyebrow place, but I gave it a try based on the good reviews. They weren’t wrong! She is really knowledgeable and quick, with over 20 years of experience. I asked her to clean them up and she did just that without making them too thin or messing with my brows natural shape. She was also very warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will deff be going back to do my brows again and try some of her other services. Thanks!! (Also, she’s located at Belleza Lounge on 664 W 204th St).
