Performance Krav Maga

Developed for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), Krav Maga is known to be the best defensive and offensive system ever created that is based on natural instincts, simultaneous defense, and counterattack and utilizes “retzev” (continuous motion) concept. Krav Maga utilizes techniques from wrestling, boxing, Aikido, Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Hapkido, and other Martial Arts, modified where necessary for maximum effectiveness. Today Krav Maga is used by Special Forces and Military Units, Law Enforcement Agencies and civilians around the world. Performance Krav Maga was founded by Instructor Greg Dziewonski in 2012 with its first location in Mays Landing, New Jersey.
