Big shout out to Eric , he tackled a huge plumbing issue and reasonably priced He also recommended future options to prevent the issues but did not push for the work but gave a reasonable estimate on what that would be. He definitely is on our retainer list for any plumbing issues. Would highly recommend him to friends and neighbors.
Prompt professional service and VERY HONEST ❗❗❗🙂Eric is the "MAN" ❗We had a leaking pipe in our home that I couldn't get to because I had to travel quickly at the last minute. I couldn't leave the family without hot water.. We called one stop. Eric happened to be in the neighborhood, he stopped in assessed the job in a couple of minutes. Told us he would come back as soon as he was done with a previously scheduled appointment. I wasn't going to be home when he got back ,so I left him the key to the house. He completed the job took pictures of the completed work . I am very thankful ❗ Then a few months later he came to the rescue again.. This time ,,,,THE HOT WATER HEATER ❗It wouldn't ignite.. Eric from One Stop arrived within a hour of the call. Solved the issue in 5 minutes..because he is HONEST... Eric was extremely professional when he entered my house. I had a few problems I needed to get fixed, he gave me an upfront, honest, and fair price and got right to work after I said okay. I had a leaking toilet, bad section of pipe on my water heater, and my furnace was finicky. Eric and his helper fixed everything in a timely fashion. Job well done, One Stop!
