“I stopped by Lomax today to see some tile and carpet options. I'm building a new construction out of the area and am unfortunately tied to my builders vendors who haven't been very helpful. Pat knew this, and knew I couldn't source through him, but was extremely helpful and knowledgeable showing me around the store. He helped educate me on the differences between the options I've already selected, helped order me samples to see the difference in shades, and helped explain that Lomax is the price leader and will match competitors up to 150% with free install over a certain sq footage.... I think that was the right number? He even explained that lots of new construction owners will go with standard included options and hire Lomax to rip out and install superior products cheaper than what the builder would have charged. Really impressed with his level of support, and plan to follow up to put flooring in our unfinished spaces.“
