Mountain Energy Solutions STOLE my gate and have been going on 7 MONTHS without giving it back or installing the new one. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR OWN SANITY. I would give this company 0 stars if it were allowed. I am a condo owner who was referred to this company by my association. I called in May 2018 to replace a sliding glass door and turn a patio balcony into a gate for entry access. It is December 2018, the screen door does not slide properly, the company has cut off the material in order to make our gate, and my patio has been left wide open for the last 7 months! Every time I call, they will not give a straight answer as to when this job can be completed. Furthermore, they have admitted to losing the material they cut off in order to make the gate, and have been promising us to come every week for 9 weeks now. Thank goodness I did not give them any money for working on the gate yet, however, I have asked for the material back and they still cannot produce it. Unacceptable. The only thing left to do is take it up with a lawyer. What a pure waste of my time and energy by this company. The worst, most irresponsible company PLEASE STAY AWAY.
