Big kudos to John. He was my first phone call this year to try and find the right company to help me with taxes. He spent over 10 minutes on the initial phone call. Now I did call a few other reputable companies just because. But I already built that connection with John. I only make a review when someone goes above and beyond by the way. John did just that.
