I called Warren Andrews late yesterday (Monday). I spoke to Warren directly about an odd water heater issue. The next morning (Tuesday) Francisco had arrived first thing. He was careful, meticulous and thorough. He fixed the problem. He asked if I wanted the maintenance performed. It was a new house for us, so I said yes. I mentioned 2 other issues. He called back to Warren and Robert showed up to address the other issues. Robert fixed the first problem. Unfortunately, the second problem wasn't acting up at the time so it was difficult to diagnose. We had a compressor fail on a commerical unit and A-1 was able to replace quickly and was also the cheapest option around. Great customer service and thorough communication as well. Will use again on other commerical properties.
We live in Oklahoma and my great aunt lives there. When she was having issues with her AC I wasn't sure how to help her, just that I knew I had to because she couldn't afford to get it done. I dealt with these people on the phone and they did so good by her. I am not sure what I would have done without their help. They fixed her ac quick and was super affordable. I was able to pay easily from Oklahoma. They are a great, quick company.
