Dr. Herman is new to this practice. This is my 2nd time seeing him. He was very thorough and spent time listening to me. He is definitely an asset to this practice. My one complaint is the length of time it takes to get an appointment.
As an immigrant who have not received basic medical care due to many barriers, it was important to me to find a healthcare provider to help me understand my overall health. Dr. Herman is my very first general doctor/PCP and I’ve had good experience so far. He introduced himself and mentioned he is new to the area. He listened to my concerns, ordered an external evaluation as he didn’t want to just prescribe me any medication right away, and promptly ordered follow up testing after my initial labwork results came back reflecting some concerns. Dr Herman is the best GP I have had. He is easy to talk to and most importantly he listens. The portal is great and if I have a question or concern i usually get a response back the same day.
