One of the side stories of the wild year we've had has been the difficulty of finding good, responsive, fair contractors. Burke & Co. would have been at a loss if not for the responsiveness and readiness of George Abbott-Brady and his company American Restoration and Rebuilders. They helped us with speedy, practical, and trust-worthy solutions to all sorts of contracting needs we've had this spring. From decks to ingenious egress window design and installation to bathroom and kitchen makeovers. George and his company have helped us for years now. And he has a list of satisfied customers in Sea Isle and Avalon that extends beyond just clients of ours. From a string of bathroom remodels in the Spinnaker to a total re-design after water damage on an Avalon home, he's done a wide variety of work throughout the shore. There is little beyond his reach since his major projects are his business of acquiring distressed properties and doing total make-overs. He's now focused largely in Upper Township on those projects but would have the expertise and know-how for those brave enough to want to attempt flipping on the islands as well. Insurance claims, bathroom and kitchen redesign, floors, walls, decks, and general contracting needs he is a great source to turn to.
They do a beautiful job and leave everything looking beautiful. If you need work done I would recommend them highly and then some.
