“COIT Restoration was called because we discovered wet carpeting in our basement family room. Steve showed up within one hour and quickly got to work. He discovered there was much more water infiltration than we originally thought. He carefully moved all the large furniture and began extracting the water. He removed all the damaged carpet padding and used his moisture meter on the drywall and luckily there is very little damage. Steve was very thorough and due to his hard work I think the carpet was saved. Thank you Steve and COIT Restoration.“

“Mark 1 rebuilt our home after a house fire and they did a great job. The quality of the work is outstanding, especially the finish work like the tile work, wood flooring, painting, cabinet installation, etc. We've now been through a renovation with our vacation home in another state, which was a nightmare, so now we realize how lucky we were to have Mark 1. The only negative is that it took twice as long to move back in as originally estimated, but I'd been warned by others that contractors always underestimate the time it will take for the work so we were prepared for that. With regard to the other reviews, people either give a 1 or a 5 so it makes me wonder if there is an A team and a B team and I happened to get the A team. I'm very grateful.“
