It is 5/25/2023. I just finished my annual exam. My experience has always been great at the Burlington County VA Clinic. Dr. Kochuveli is personable and very attentive to his patients needs. The other staff have always been really nice too, from the front door guard, check-in and check out personnel, nurses, to the lab techs. I have yet to have a bad experience. Kudos to the whole team at the Burlington County VA Clinic. I really appreciate you all! I felt compelled to write a positive review because good experiences need to be noted as well. Thank you.
This is a new location for the VA Clinic in Burlington County, it has recently moved from the Fort Dix location. They have been open here for approximately 6-9 months now. The interior is newly renovated, the staff is helpful and friendly. I've been here a couple of times and have had a pleasant experience both times. Their check-in area is spacious and clean. They have a couple self check-in machines which are easy to use with your VA ID card; also couple of receptionist to assist you with any questions/issues checking in. The one area I wish was better (but it is out of the hands of the VA Clinic) is the address, which is a bit confusing when turning onto Lincoln Drive from Route 73. The numbers increase from 6000-5000-7000-8000 and then 3000...down the road on the other end of Lincoln Dr (closer to Greentree Rd). It is definitely better visiting this outpatient clinic, than going to the VA Hospital in Philly.
