John always does a great job! Never have to wait, courteous and friendly. Cuts my hair the way I want it. He is so good and popular that I usually have to wait 3 weeks to a month for an appointment!
The customer service at this Bluemercury location is absolutely top tier. Knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, I always trust them to point me in the right direction. Especially with higher-end (and priced) products, you want to know that what you're buying is going to work for you and do what it says it does. I've never been lead astray here! On top of that, everyone is so friendly and kind--even on the busiest days of holiday shopping season!
