Chris called me first thing Monday morning and was able to be at my home before noon and had drain pump replaced in 30 minutes. Only on the fifth call, to Appliance Werks, did someone take the time to allow me to talk through my issue and we decided the best route was for me to simply replace my microwave rather than try to repair it (as no one seems to service microwaves).I was treated with such kindness by the two people I spoke with on the phone (Caroline and Paul, I believe) and I had a new microwave installed by the next day.
