Jim first replaced my gutters and downspouts 5 years ago. I had such a great experience that when it was time to replace my roof I only placed one call. I find him to be honest, low pressure, responsive and very service oriented. He puts in the time to explain everything and does not finish a job until you are 100% satisfied. I highly recommend this company.
