This Message is a response to Kelly B--Ms Kelly McBride. I believe you brought a winter comforter set to be cleaned. Unfortunately, we were not granted a second chance. You were very angry and chose to take it else where to which we obliged. As I recall, we found your set promptly and returned the complete set to you. We apologize for the inconvenience as we were heavily into wedding and prom season. We have a strong sense of responsibilty to our customers of this wonderful community.
