Crystal air is the only true crafts people. They know how to service and diagnose without saying let's see if this works. They are top notch, fair, and answer calls and questions . Highly recommend using them.

Crystal Air is professional, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. I had a 14 year old system that malfunctioned during the heatwave week. After putting in a service call, I looked into replacing it. Since the company that took the call quoted me way to high, I decided to call a few other HVAC companies to compare quotes. One refused to quote me over the phone, one promised to call me back but never did, and lastly, Crystal Air was there to save the day. They gave me several preliminary quotes over email, and then the owner came at 7pm to look at my setup and recommended several options. Crystal Air is a great company. My Mom had a new furnace, A/C unit put in last year as well as a new gas water heater. We were experiencing low water pressure and when I called they responded in a very timely manner, even changed out our furnace filter. Very professional and courteous staff. I am beyond impressed with their service. Highly recommend them and will be using them for any needs in the future. Thank you Brian and staff.Services: Heating system installation
