Went to have pants hemmed. PU was 8 days later. Got pants home & they were still way too long & the left leg was much longer right. Went back & guy owner was VERY rude! Told me I moved when he was pinning, so it made the pants wrong! He remeasured & told me PU in one week. I insisted they be done in 2 days. Enough is enough! Stay clear of this terrible tailor!! Always used Nomi at Swan but was trying to make things easier for myself. What a mistake!

Horrible customer service. Went in to hem a long dress and get straps taken in and the tailor/owner would not pin the straps. He also hemmed the dress and when I asked him to make it a little longer he ripped pins out and told me to leave! So rude and he has treated other customers the same way.I never leave bad reviews.

Margate Cleaners has been my go-to for years now, and I've gotta say, they're the absolute best at alterations. Every time I bring in new clothes that need some work, they make them fit like a glove. I'm always impressed by how they pay attention to every little detail to make sure everything looks perfect.Even though they no longer do dry cleaning, the couple who runs the place are always super friendly and helpful. They're always happy to chat with you and listen to what you need. They've given me some great recommendations for how to alter certain pieces to make them work better for me.One thing I really appreciate about Margate Cleaners is that they're so accommodating....read full review
