“I'm in month three of coming to this establishment. I love the classes and I do have my favorite instructors. The place is clean and classes start on time. Not too difficult to get into a class that you may want. A bit more difficult for me as I can only go certain days and times during the week. Which is why I had to dial it down to taking classes four times a month. If you have more of a flexible schedule, this can work out perfect for you. The club has different memberships and they do try to work with you to help find classes and memberships that would work for you. Since I've been going, I feel more toned. I am trying the once a week class to see if I still keep my muscles toned and will update this review.“

“This is a welcoming studio with a wide range of classes. Each teacher has a slightly different style and provides multiple position options, which supports broadening my practice. I have been taking Vinyasa flow, hot yoga, wall yoga. I plan my week to ensure I take one of Donna Donofrio's flow classes. She has tremendous positive energy, and her classes are fun with always something challenging. The perfect way to end the week is Cindy Romano's stretch and flow class.“

The instructor was so warm, the class was challenging, and there were some unique aspects of yoga and mind body integrated into the Vinyasa flow. “I first went to June about 15 years ago for neck pain. Before beginning treatment, she reviewed a questionnaire and asked me many health related questions. The problem with my neck was quickly solved and she worked on calf spasms I had been getting since my teen years. I have since been going each month for "health maintenance." During allergy season (spring/fall) the treatments have taken me off decades of cortisone shots/anti histamines and sometimes antibiotics when my throat/nasal track became infected. She also has recommended herbs for additional relief a handful of times during high pollen days or when I now a large lawn. Acupuncture for allergies has been a real godsend!! Other maintenance may include energy boost, immune system boost, lower back pain and other tweaks from living an active life. Acupuncture in my mind is certainly a alternative better to muscle relaxers and pain meds (Rx or over the counter) with ZERO side effects! June is a long time practitioner who is not only well experienced and knowledgeable but caring and sensitive to her patients needs.“
