I came to Ms. Simone in a complete panic, needing a closure pretty much in the next 24 hours. Let me also say, I am not well versed in the all the hair lingo, but thanks to Ms. Simone I now know about micro links, double wefts, and the difference between a 4x4 closure and a 5x5. While she did not have what I needed, she immediately made a phone call to ensure I could get what I needed and in a timely manner. I needed serious repair work done on a unit that I, unfortunately, purchased at another salon. I am so thrilled that I found Simone and Felicia at Upper S Chelon! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help me even though I had purchased the unit elsewhere. Not only did they make the unit wearable, but they listened to my needs and turned the unit from a hot mess to a beautiful piece that I now wear everyday! They did a lot of work for a reasonable fee! My appointment time was honored, and the salon is modern and clean with a upbeat vibe! I plan on having Simone and Felicia handle all of my wig needs going forward! I highly recommend this salon!
