My son took classes throughout the winter and has seen a direct performance benefit in his primary sport of lacrosse. He directly attributes his increased physicality to what he learned in classes he took at strikezone . He can’t wait to get back at it after the summer lacrosse season!

I joined Strikezone 2 weeks ago to help get me in shape and help get me out of my comfort zone to get my life on track , and so far it’s been a great experience for me. The Muay Thai instructor Derek is a very nice man and makes you feel very welcomed and feel like you fit in with the crew. For all the shy people out there. It’s a very small scale gym with at least 10 people in it each day, so it’s very easy to learn and Derek will help you get through instructions in case you missed or don’t get his explanations. The workouts are great and help you get stronger but at the same time not over strenuous. I totally recommend for anybody who wants to learn a new fighting...read full review
