It's hard to find people you can trust to do a job a well and make sure you are beyond satisfied with the service they've provided, Harold, Regi and Gisele and everyone at Pro Mater Floor are wonderful to work with their customer service goes above and beyond. I'm in the process of renovating my house and I've dealt with contractors of different areas so far. The flooring part of it was the smoothest of all due to Gisela and Harold's professionalism and outstanding service, as well as the installers they recommended. Gisela took her time to explain the qualities of the several options (I got the Durato VEVO Max vinyl floor) and she was super patient, not pushy at all. In this process, I've contacted them several times with questions and they made sure to answer all of them in the most friendly and professional way. They are a hidden gem and I feel very lucky that I found them.
