Woke up yesterday to no heat and placed a call to TES. Their guy Dave was here in 90 minutes and was thorough in his evaluation, polite in his approach and was leaving no stone unturned to fix our heater system. He was out of here 45 minutes later, heat was cranking, and i was another happy customer. Fantastic to work with a company that takes care of their customers and tech guys that are A+. Awesome and thank you!
noting but top-of-the-line installation and service - and Andy (the owner) really knows his stuff - after a new install of my heater and a/c, my code inspector said "look at this (the venting), no ones does work like these guys" . . . I have had Javier over twice now to maintain my heater, and my AC - again, top of the line service - these guys aren't servicemen, they are craftsmen at what they do! EXCELLENT!
