Safegress did a great job with the installation of an egress window to our older house. They gave a competitive quote, filed for the permit with good drawings, worked very hard with digging the well in our hard clay soil and did the installation well. There was a slight problem with the grading of the soil after installation because of heavy rains and Safegress went above and beyond by bringing us a big load of more soil free of charge. I would recommend them to anyone needing an egress window.

Safegress are the best! We had a great experience with the entire team from the initial contact for the estimate to the installation. When the gentleman came for the estimate, he explained all our options with prices upfront with surprises or hidden cost. Once we agreed on what style we wanted and our budget, we signed the contract and they scheduled us quickly. We did pay for them to do all the townships permits (optional), it made so much easier. Took them about 2 and half days from start to end. They came and cleaned everything up after all was done. Township came out and all was perfect. I had an excellent experience today getting my egress window installed. They are affordable and the service is top notch. The crew got here on time, did an amazing job with the install, and left the yard and basement looking like they were never there. I would highly recommend them if you’re in the market to have an egress window installed.
