Shout out to my girl Heather Natoli 🌹 Thank you for your healing touch. My muscles, fascia and nerves are going through major changes, to say the least. Simply put, I am vulnerable but I am learning. Accepting help was always challenging for me but you make it easy and I am so grateful for that.
