Moved to the area 5 years ago and I was recommended this barber shop by a friend who has another shop in town, so I trusted his recommendation.

I love this place, they do an awesome job at a great price, they’re even good with beards (mine goes down to the top of my chest). I’ve never trusted anyone else with trimming my beard.

I've been getting my hair cut at Carmen's almost my entire life. Carmen used to cut my hair when I was a kid. After he passed away, his daughter was cutting my hair. I've been living abroad and haven't been here in years, but it was great to get back for a haircut. Doug did a great job! I'm glad to be back home in New Jersey, and very happy to get my haircut at Carmen's again.

Been going here for a few months now. Quite simply, you get what you pay for, it's a simple organization with simple prices. Two chairs, with two skilled friendly folks wielding some antiquated clippers. You're not coming here to get some fancy fade or jazzy coloring. If you're just a regular dude (or chick? I have no idea if they service the hunnies) getting a regular shape up this is the squad spot. I will truthfully say a little more frequent cleaning and maybe a touch of fresh paint would do this place some serious pluses. Keep on keep in' on Carmen.
