DO NOT HIRE BUILDWRIGHT! THEY STOLE $16,500 FROM US!!! We hired BuildWright to do an addition on our home in March of 2021. After many many delays, in part due to BuildWright submitting permit paperwork wrong multiple times, we canceled the contract in early July 2021. We have a child on the way and couldn't extend the completion date any further. The owner agreed to the canceled contract and said they would be returning our deposit minus fees. When re received the invoice, they wanted to charge us $7000 for plan, submittal and a plumber fee. We told them we would not be paying those fees as some were for the resubmitting of the plans (which was due to their error).... read full review
