I own Watts Good Electric in Brick. We have had the pleasure of working with ALLSTAR Plumbing many times over the past year and they are truly exceptional. The owner Matt is extremely responsive, polite and accommodating. Over the years i worked on many projects with many Plumbers and Matt is by far the most professional I've met. I highly recomend them.
I had a feeling something was about to happen to my old water heater that was hidden behind a wall. Matt from All Star came out and we checked the unit. The unit was 20-25 years old and the top was extremely rusted and it looked like the top of the unit. I got a price quote and coordinated a install date with Sue from ASP&H. Anthony came the next day and installed a new water heater. I'm glad I did. When he took out the old heater we saw the seam in the rear of the unit had split and the tank was about to go. My son and I arrived home in the evening of News Years Day after several days of skiing in freezing cold temperatures to find our house without any heat. The thermostat read 40° on the first floor and even colder upstairs. After briefly messing with the boiler, I called All Star's emergency number. Michael, the owner, answered immediately. After trying a few steps over the phone to no avail, he happily said he would come to the house. This was 11:40 at night. The boiler had locked out and stopped delivering heat for 3 days prior to us coming home. Once the boiler was running, Michael could have left ( since it was well after midnight by now) but wanted to wait till the hot water heater was first satisfied and for the radiators to feel warm. Here's where it gets even better!!!!! While waiting, he asked me if I had checked to see if water was flowing from all sources in the house. My son and I had used the bathroom and kitchen sink prior to Michael coming so I thought all was well. Michael said "let's check everything". We checked the showers, other toilet and tub. Sure enough, both hot and cold water lines of the tub were frozen! Off came the side panels and in went sources of heat to free up the blockage of ice in the pipes. It took time and patience but eventually the water was flowing. He saved us from a probable disastrous event. I am forever grateful for the caring and professional service Michael gave us on this News Years' day and will be telling our story to many of how he went so above and beyond. This man truly is an 'All Star'.
