I emailed them stating my "Forever Sharp" paring knife was no longer SUPER sharp. I got the office in Australia, who promptly notified me they would forward my email to the USA office. That was within the last two weeks. Today, I received my NEW paring knife! YAY!! You guys ROCK!!
