We hired Basic Basement to finish our basement, and the minute I met with our sales person Dan I knew we made the right choice! The professionalism and customer service oriented team members with Basic Basement are exceptional. From the initial contract to completion of the project, the process was effortless. Gail kept me notified every step of the way, and helped manage the scheduled work, and let me know when the workers would be out on certain days. I had my first encounter with The Basic Basement Company when I spoke to Kathy, Appointment Setter, who was cheerful, knowledgeable, and informative as she answered my questions regarding what was covered in the initial cost that was being advertised. I was pleasantly surprised at how much was covered. I made an appointment right away to meet with Eddie, their Design Consultant.

We just had our basement finished by The Basic Basement Company and the entire process was seamless. All the contractors were timely, professional, and clean. Trash was handled promptly. Inspections were scheduled and passed with ease. Highly recommend!
