Your crew did a great job during the installation. We really appreciated the speed that the install was completed in. The timetable that you gave was met each day and your crew was here each day when you said they would be. In today’s world that in itself is a major acomplishment. The finished product is a very beautiful pool. You would never know that it is over 30 years old. It all looks brand new.

From the first time I called , Pools and Spas have exceeded my expectations. I finally bit the bullet and admitted I needed a new pool liner. The knowledgeable office staff walked me through their process and scheduled an appointment to come out and measure. Brian was very detailed in explaining the process and we placed our order. They showed up as promised each and every time and replaced our liner. Start to finish it took about it took about 2 weeks. Pools & Spas is staffed with subject matter experts- starting with the sales team and ending with the installation team. Their goal is to delight the customer and they do. After we chose a liner pattern, the Pools & Spas installation team coordinates a visit to measure the pool (to ensure an exact fit) and order the liner. Within a few weeks the installation is scheduled. Liner and pool light both replaced as contracted. Great job. No wrinkles in new liner. Grandchildren love the new, high tech LED light.
