The owner spends his free time making anti semetic comments
The work that was done in my bathroom was horrible. He did not remove the old caulk and just slapped some grout on top. There are huge clumps of grout on the edges of the shower. Not only was the work sloppy, but when we called and asked him to come take a look he made the appointment and then never showed up. He never responded to calls or emails regarding his work.
Contacted Diamond Tile and Grout and they responded quickly. Appointment was within the week and prompt and timely. Outcome excellent. 25 year old ceramic tile and grout look like they were installed yesterday. Very pleased! Thank you!
