STAY AWAAYYYYYYYYY from this so call inpector stay away . He just took pictures of my inspection and never test it anything . He charged me 325 and wont give me my money back as his inps report doesnt tell my ins co. What they need . My review on google is more detail with our back and forth messages. Stay away from this guy.STAYYYYY AWAY. He also only takes cash or check bc you wont be able to get your money back from the bank . Since only when you pay with card is when you can get your money back and file a claim. If i could leave a 0 star i would

Called and spoke with "Mark". Asked questions about the process. Mark was abrupt and unwilling/unable to answer basic questions. Failing to be able to provide response he hurriedly disconnected the call.

Mark was very thorough with our inspection. We purchased a home on the a lagoon that was a rebuild after Sandy. One of the reasons we picked Tri-County is because of Mark's expertise in water front properties. He was able to explain in detail many of the issues that plague Bulkheads and docks. Our home also has a rooftop deck and he was very knowledgeable about the structure and how it will react to wind and any signs of water seepage thru the roof. The house is also built on an enclosed Stilt structure (Pilings) in which he was experienced in building himself. Mark was able to point out signs of gable structure that was not properly configured for support. He went over all plumbing and electrical. In all fairness these were recently new systems and were not modified or expanded old systems where you tend to find issues. We did receive credits for the issues that Mark called out.
