Some of the doctors here my family have seen have been incredible. Others have missed key details. The nurses and most office staff are very helpful, however it’s very hard to reach them, they need to have a system that puts patients on hold not goes to a voicemail after 30 seconds and most times your message is not returned. I end up needing to call in several times for someone to answer to get anywhere. They also have problems with faxes at times as well. I also had a situation where a doctor never called back after 3 calls to on call for an urgent situation.

Awful awful staff, not saying doctors are but you are what you hire. The office is not organized at all, they take advantage of clients. Doesn't care to call in medication at all or return calls even when you have been leaving messages for a month straight. The administrator was beyond nasty when I asked to speak to management knowing that her staff dropped the ball completely. I see why they are so awful when that is who their supervisor is. They are a malpractice suit waiting to happen here.

The fact that they never answer their phones or return voicemails saves me from having to deal with the admins complete lack of empathy and understanding. True pillars of the American health care system.
