Robert was absolutely a God send. I called 5 roofing companies asking for help with a very particular roofing problem and the only person who was willing to assist was Robert, the owner. He understood my concerns and quickly set an appointment to come and address the job. He was always friendly and professional in all our interactions. I had an issue post solar installation where some drill holes were left in my siding. I called Rob and he was able to come out the next morning to assess the situation. He was extremely honest and very transparent on all the different repair options. What I appreciated the most was he wasn't out to take advantage of the situation and was extremely personable as he walked me through everything. I called Huggs Roofing and left a message. Robert called me back within a short time and scheduled an appointment. He told me that he would inspect my roof and if any problems were found he would document and photograph. Robert arrived promptly. He climbed in our roof and throughly inspected it.
