I have Alpha Gal Syndrome and have issues finding hidden mammal in everything. I was nervous to go to the dentist and have a reaction but Dr. Strait checked everything for me and I had absolutely no reaction to a crown/dental work. I can’t say how much I appreciated him looking into everything for me. Highly recommend Dr. Strait!

I can't speak to the actual dentistry work but, I can speak to how they handle their patients from the front desk. Recommendation from a co worker, I live in TR so not directly in my back yard but gave a try from reference. Made appointment, received an email to fill out paperwork from a link, link was not highlighted as usable links are. So figured I'd show up early to do paperwork, arrived at 8:40 to a sign saying in staff meeting take a seat we will be with you in a moment, others arrived waiting room full of patients, 9:05-9:10 staff arrived from back. I handed my license and ins cards used the bathroom. Was handed back my cards and a tablet, was told lots to fill out. 5 or 6 separate form files loaded with duplicate questions and did not import or auto fill so my name address and insurance 6 times, why did I bother to give them my card. I returned the tablet and was told oh it's now half way thru your appointment so we'll start you and have you come back this afternoon for another appointment, I see stated I min toms river she responded yes we'll have you come back this afternoon. I replied screw it I'm done. to make matters worse, frustrated at the waisted time I called office and asked for the office manager, a moment of silence then can I help you with something, I replied as I asked for the office manager and she sarcastically chuckled. Vicky answered I started to tell her of my experience during my explanation she interrupted me saying they were at out of meeting at 9, I proceeded when I got to the part about splitting the appointment she insisted if I made it to the back that wouldn't have happened. so then why did your staff tell me so and why would I have committed to split. very very unaccommodating.
