I came home last night to a house that was 80°. Made a phone call at 8 AM. The next morning everything was fixed by 9. The service that I was given was top notch very happy with the outcome. I would strongly recommend them to anybody.
Hot water heater hose burst flooding my garage, called Comfort Zone, happily agreed to pay the emergency call fee and they were at my house within 30 mins. Repair done quickly, professionally!
I don’t know that there is truly better out there. I called this morning when my system stopped blowing cold air. My house sits in the sun & I have large dogs who HATE the heat so finding someone today was a must. On top of the crazy heat wave we have going on. The woman who answered the phone was so sweet and helpful & I appreciated her calmness. She said I would hopefully see someone between 3-6 that they were busy so I told her I would be patient i am just grateful they were coming. I pulled in my driveway at 220 and the tech pulled in at 230. Walt & Shane got out of the truck introduced themselves and asked me about what was going on. I showed them were the system was and let them get to work. Walt came back told me he thinks he found the problem but asked me to give him a few moments to be sure. Thankfully it was a quick solvent & he was done before 3pm. Walt & Shane were efficient, informative and very personable. I appreciated Walt taking the time to talk to me about some questions I had even though I’m sure he had a very busy rest of his day. Thank you Comfort Zone for quickly getting someone out to service my unit & being the only one around to get me someone today! I will be calling to schedule some things Walt did recommend!
