75 years old and this is my 3rd recommendation ever…. Great organization - here’s a positive recap: 1) BEST PRICE (and I knew what I wanted and got 6 price quotes); 2) Kept every appointment - was there every day and time they said they would be; 3) They removed 2 indoor heat pump units and both condensers outside without the hint of a mess or damage to our home; 4) The whole process, removal and installation of 2 new units, took 2 1/2 days and that included a tech that spent 2 hours with me once the job was done, explaining the use of both smart thermostats and all maintenance required from my end. 5) I’ve had to call a few times with questions and, if I did not reach the person I called, I never waited more than a business day to get a return call and response. Ask for Mike Gonzalez - he’s a good contact….
VNMC put my split ac system in 10 years ago. They were great then. System went out this week and they were over the next day. Tech’s were awesome and got me working, could not be happier.
Everyone is very friendly. They are always professional, very neat and clean and show up on time. I've never had a bad experience. Two thumbs up!
