I had Terrible experience with RO installation. They cut costs by sending untrained guys for installation (not licensed plumbers) who don't even know the code. The guy who installed RO at my house was not a licensed plumber. He connected the waste water drain after the P-Trap of kitchen sink drain(pic attached), which is illegal, dangerous and against the code. It can cause sever gases to come in contact with RO filters which is very risky. Luckily I noticed and called them. They apologized, and told they will come over to fix, and they will send a licensed plumber who knows what he's doing. Had a water system installed almost 5 years ago. Great family business. Very accommodating!

Friendly, courteous, professional. They provided a timely estimate, were thorough, and day of install went incredibly smoothly. Great warranty as well. Also, well priced compared to other options we looked at. Would definitely recommend.
