Friendly, courteous, professional. They provided a timely estimate, were thorough, and day of install went incredibly smoothly. Great warranty as well. Also, well priced compared to other options we looked at. Would definitely recommend.
Great overall service with knowledgeable, friendly people. I have never had a home water softener before, but it became necessary with Ridgewood's hard water. Tim came out to my house and explained the options available to me. He went through the options very objectively with no overselling and we had a good conversation about them. Very professional guy. The technician who came to my house was also very efficient and professional and was careful to minimize any potential mess. Install was fast and clean. Great service.
NMP came highly recommended from a number of homeowners. They are excellent. From price to service to instillation, everything was fantastic. We love our new whole house filter and our drinking water reverse osmosis systems. Wish we had done it sooner!
