“I've been taking my kids to Cookie Cutters in MahWah and always had a good experience, but our last visit was exceptional! Even when I called to make an appt, the receptionist (I'm so sad I forgot her name) was very caring. I explained to her that my son had sensory issue and the lady made sure that my son would be in good hands. When we got to the place, we had Karina (I hope I got her name right?) who did my daughter's hair first. When it was my son's turn, Karina remained calm through out despite my son's aggressive behavior during that time. Also, the place has different activities (coloring and mini slide) which my daughter took advantage of while waiting for my son's haircut to be done.

I have tried many different types of salons and nobody treated me they way they did with such respect.I have coil curls and not really sure how to maintain or really take care of them. Lindsay took the time to explain everything before doing it and took the time to show me how to take care of my curls and how to straighten my hair with out burning it. She was absolutely amazing and I felt comfortable and trusted everything she does. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable and talked me through the process. I can’t wait to go back.
