“I'm in month three of coming to this establishment. I love the classes and I do have my favorite instructors. The place is clean and classes start on time. Not too difficult to get into a class that you may want. A bit more difficult for me as I can only go certain days and times during the week. Which is why I had to dial it down to taking classes four times a month. If you have more of a flexible schedule, this can work out perfect for you. The club has different memberships and they do try to work with you to help find classes and memberships that would work for you. Since I've been going, I feel more toned. I am trying the once a week class to see if I still keep my muscles toned and will update this review.“

“This is a welcoming studio with a wide range of classes. Each teacher has a slightly different style and provides multiple position options, which supports broadening my practice. I have been taking Vinyasa flow, hot yoga, wall yoga. I plan my week to ensure I take one of Donna Donofrio's flow classes. She has tremendous positive energy, and her classes are fun with always something challenging. The perfect way to end the week is Cindy Romano's stretch and flow class.“
“Deepest gratitude to Gopi Yoga Center for being a Bhakti sanctuary during the 3 days of my touring through Central NJ. I found the Center when I most needed it, when I was emotionally and physically exhausted mid tour and needed to refill my cup. After the first class on Alignment with Jane, I returned on Day 2 for Vinyasa Flow, a meditation/philosophy class, and a gentle class. Day 3 was vinyasa, hot flow, and Kundalini with Darlene, who served dates and golden milk for a post-class satsang.
