I am 67 years old and never worked out in a gym before. ALF changed my life in 2 short months! Marty, David, and Rob are fabulous-knowledgable, supportive, and encouraging of their clients and their needs! They guide you in nutrition, exercise and strength training which I really needed. They also give you suggestions/tools as far as journaling, keeping a daily chart, etc.I never feel sore after my classes and look forward to going!I definitely feel stronger, my balance is better, and I have more energy! All of the other clients are friendly and encouraging also.Everyone works at their own pace and no one is judged.I am starting my third month and look forward to my physical condition improving more!
